Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026 ยท Effective from October 14, 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
MEDIA ONE LIMITED (company number 03330133), 1 The Forum, Minerva Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, PE2 6FT, publishes katrinabalestino.com and is the controller of any personal data described in this policy.
2. What we collect
The site has no accounts, no forms, no comments and no newsletter, so we do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal details. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers or fingerprinting tools on the site.
Like any website, the server that delivers the pages receives technical information with every request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. This is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. Files loaded from other companies
To display the pages, your browser fetches a style sheet from the jsDelivr content delivery network and fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, those companies receive your IP address and standard request details, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive any data from these requests.
4. When you click through to a provider
Links that take you to a provider’s website are marked as leaving this site. When you follow one, your browser connects to the provider, and the link carries tracking values in its address so that the provider can recognise that the visit came from this site. From that point, the provider collects and uses your data under its own privacy policy, and we do not control that.
5. Why we process data, and on what basis
We process the technical data described above because it is necessary to run and secure the site, which is our legitimate interest. We do not use it to profile you, and we do not sell it.
6. How long data is kept
We do not keep visitor data ourselves. Server logs are held by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with its own retention practices.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to personal data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner’s Office, and in South Africa it is the Information Regulator. To make a request, write to us using the details on the Contact page.
8. Children
The site is written for adults and is not directed at children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data we will update this page and the date at the top.
